After the victory over Nam Dinh, coach Lee Tae-hoon pointed out that the problem of HAGL players lies in their confidence, he and coaching team will overcome this in the near future.
HAGL successfully revenged by a 1-0 win over Nam Dinh thanks to a goal from Chevaugh Walsh.
Coach Lee Tae-hoon was satisfied with the players’ performance. He said: “In today's match, our players have made great efforts. I would like to thank them, as well as careful preparation of coaching members.
The players of HAGL played very well today. To overcome any unsatisfied points is probably not necessary. The coaches only need to focus on the confidence of the players only to promote the strongest points and play to their abilities.”
HAGL fans are looking forward to the return of Luong Xuan Truong. Coach Lee Tae-hoon revealed that the Tuyen Quang-born midfielder has fully recovered from injury, and can even play this match right away. However, he does not want to take risks and will let Xuan Truong train to improve his physical strength and resistance.
"Xuan Truong is a very good player of HAGL. His return will be of great help to us in the coming journey," said coach Lee Tae-hoon.
With this victory, coach Lee Tae-hoon temporarily eased the pressure after a 0-3 loss to Hanoi FC. HAGL Club has risen to 7th place in the rankings, only 1 point behind the top team.
