The Portuguese team wants to recruit 2 Vietnamese players

The two main players of the Vietnamese women's team received an invitation from Lank FC club playing in the Portuguese second division.

This team is newly established and determined to be promoted to Portugal's first place next season (the highest division in the Portuguese women's league system).

According to Thanh Nien, Lank FC got to know Huynh Nhu and Tuyet Dung through a Vietnamese representative. This team researched very carefully before sending an invitation to two girls. They want Huynh Nhu and Tuyet Dung to play in the second phase of the season, so they will have to go to Portugal in September 2020.

There have been direct meetings between the representative and the two female players and the two managing clubs, Ho Chi Minh City and Ha Nam. However, there is no official result to come to a contract between the parties. Huynh Nhu and Tuyet Dung also did not comment on this rare opportunity.

Regarding Vietnam’s women coach, Mr. Mai Duc Chung was surprised when there was a European club that kept an eye on his players. He will be very excited if the negotiations go well, they will go to Portugal to play football and still return to Vietnam when the national team needs.

Huynh Nhu and Tuyet Dung are two of the best players in the national team. At the Gala Vietnam Golden Ball 2019, Huynh Nhu won the Golden Ball, Chuong Thi Kieu held the Silver Ball, and Tuyet Dung won the Bronze Ball.

Previously, there was another case that used to go abroad, Tran Thi Hong Nhung. The Ha Nam midfielder once played for the Chonburi (Thailand) club in 2018.​
