Draft plans for the remaining season have been sent to 26 V-League and National First Division clubs.

Accordingly, VPF has outlined 4 plans to organize tournaments in the coming time. Option 1 is that all competitions will re-start the first week of September and ends scheduled on October 31st.

Option 2, the tournaments still going on from September, then the remaining matches of the First Division and the second phase of the group of 6 V-League relegation teams ends on October 31, and the second phase of the group. The championship teams plays until November.

Option 3, play 2 rounds of phase 1 of V-League as well as First Division and semifinals of the National Cup. Then give the playground to Ho Chi Minh City and Than Quang Ninh to join the AFC Cup, and then Vietnam completes the World Cup Qualifiers in October and November. Next, the tournament will be held from November to December.

The last plan in the worst case. If the disease is complicated and time is not enough to organize, VPF organizes a concentration for the remaining 2 matches of phase 1 of the National Championship and Cup. The rest will be stopped, maybe VPF will not award the championship and relegation team, but based on the rankings to choose the team to attend the AFC Champions League and AFC Cup next year.

VPF will not impose any option but seek opinions from clubs. Teams should also propose additional options to choose the best solution. The draft tournament plan has been sent to clubs, VPF will not hold online meetings.
