“National referee” chosen for Vietnam-Thailand World Cup 2022 qualifier
The AFC has announced the referees for Vietnam’s two crucial World Cup qualifiers this month.
Vietnamese defender: "Park has plan to defeat UAE’

Defender Le Van Dai recently said coach Park Hang-seo worked out ways to defeat the United Arab Emirates in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
The Vietnamese national team has had their first training with full 25 players after Van Hau and Cong Phuong joined the team.
Speaking to the media, Dai said he is happy to be included in the list adding that Park Hang-seo has a plan to defeat the UAE.
“The UAE is a strong team. Vietnam has thoroughly studied their playstyle and has a plan to encounter them. I can't reveal the plan, but we are all ready for the game. We have prepared for a week and confident to win the big fight.”
Dai praised Ali Mabkhout and Omar Abdulrahman of the UAE team. Bert van Marwijk’s team is at disadvantage without three main players: Ali Mabkhout, Ibrahim Khalil, and Ahmed Barman.
The UAE lost Thailand in the 4th match and fell to 3rd place in Group G of the 2022 World Cup Qualifier with 6 points. Coach Bert van Marwijk should not lose another game if he wants to move forward.
Under the 2022 World Cup Qualifier schedule, Vietnam will play against the UAE at 8:00PM on November 14.
